Hey everyone. Just a quick clarification from yesterday's post about the Valentine's Dance on Feb 18 (at 6:00pm). We will have concessions available (pizza, soft drinks/water, candy/dessert) for purchase, not as a part of the admission price, lol. Each item at concessions will be $2.00 or less.
Congrats to our January students of the month. These students were nominated by their teachers based on our core value word “truthful.” We are proud of Taylor, Jacob, Truett, Libby, Eli, Kansas, and Izzy (not pictured).

The CES staff spotlight this month belongs to our amazing ladies in the cafeteria… Mrs Gussie, Mrs Becky, and Mrs Tina. These ladies do a great job everyday to prepare our breakfast and lunch meals. We appreciate all of their hard work!!
CES parents... Reminder for your calendars. Our Valentine's Dance is coming up on Friday, February 18, 6:00 to 7:30. The dance will be held in the new gym. Please see the flyer posted here for more information. The dance is your opportunity to celebrate Valentine's Day with your children at CES. We look forward to seeing you at the Feb 18 dance! (Btw, the classroom "Valentine's snack" on Feb 11 is for students and teachers only.)

Congratulations to Adonia Shores! Adonia competed today in the county wide spelling bee at the new HC-GPAC (after winning the CES spelling bee a couple weeks ago). She might not have won today’s competition, but we are still very proud of her! Adonia earned a nice medal and a cash award.
