Reminder that this afternoon is the last day for parents to shop the book fair in person. Hours are from 3:00-6:00 pm.
It's not too late to setup or share Book Fair eWallets. Students will be able to shop the book fair through Friday afternoon.

CES parents... If your student, grade 2nd through 5th, is interested in being a part of the Heard County Fishing Team, there is a meeting tomorrow night (August 10) at 6:00 in the HC Middle School gym. Students in grades 2nd through 8th can be a part of the Junior Division. Please attend the meeting tomorrow night or contact Mr Justin McCullough at HCMS for more information.
CES parents... Remember that the After School Program (ASP) begins Monday, August 9. It will start immediately after bus and car dismissal and ends promptly at 6:00pm. Student registration (found on the CES website) MUST be competed before your child can stay for the ASP. Payment for next week's ASP (week of Aug 9) should be made before close of school tomorrow (and then before each Friday for the following week). A letter will be sent home tomorrow with other details.

Please use the remaining week of summer to make sure your children are up to date on all vaccinations. Please provide Pre-K Form 3300 (EEDN) & 3231 (Immunization) and Kindergarten 3231 forms for Ga state required immunizations. If your child is entering Kindergarten and was not in a HCSS Pre-K, please provide Form 3300 (EEDN) as well.

Good evening Centralhatchee families. One last reminder... Please remember that online student registration will close tomorrow night at midnight and will not reopen until Monday, August 2. Student registration not completed by tomorrow night will have to wait until Open House next Monday. You can avoid lines and waiting for available computers by completing the registration forms now. The forms can be found on the CES website. Thank you!
Open House is one week from today. Have you completed your student registration for all RETURNING students or NEW (to Heard County) students? Remember, the links are posted on the CES website and will close on July 28 at midnight. If the forms are not completed before then, you'll have to complete them at Open House before meeting the teachers or seeing the classrooms.
