November CES Media Center Newsletter!

Congratulations to all of our students that competed in the school-wide spelling bee. These young men represented their homerooms, and each did a great job during today's spelling bee. Our winner is Tate Dye (5th grd), and the runner-up is Dillon Denton (4th grd). Tate will represent CES at the county spelling bee in January. Way to go boys!

Remember last chance to order a yearbook is Dec. 20th! You can also order online at buytheyearbook.com

Congrats to Olivia Hester for having her artwork chosen to be "July" in the 2024-25 calendar for the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire.

December dress up days at CES!

Attention CES families: Santa's Merry Market begins next Monday (Dec 4), and there will be a preview day this Friday. No purchases this Friday, just an opportunity for students to walk through and see gift ideas for next week. Please read the flyer for more information!

To CES families: Weather permitting, the Town of Centralhatchee Christmas Parade is this Saturday at 2:00. Students are welcome to meet us at CES and ride on the school float. We'll load the float and leave CES by 1:30. We usually have room for 30 students. IF WE HAVE MORE STUDENTS THAN WILL SAFELY FIT ON THE FLOAT, SOME STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO WALK BEHIND THE FLOAT with a CES staff member. Once the parade is over, please pick-up your student at the PARK next to Centralhatchee First Baptist Church around 2:30.
* IF the parade is cancelled due to bad weather, a text will be sent out to notify everyone.

Way to go Camryn, Lane, and Truett! Fluent in math facts!!

Happy Thanksgiving CES families!

THANK YOU lunchroom ladies for an amazing Thanksgiving meal today!

To all Veterans... Thank you!!

Thank you Veterans!

Reminder for Veterans. See the flyer posted here.
Btw, CES parents, this is a "drive through" outdoor parade, so there isn't much of a concern about being around kids at other schools (with the sickness many of us have had this week). We will be in a section of the parking lot by ourselves as the veterans drive by us.

YEARBOOKS are on sale now for $30. Plan ahead and order yours now before the price increases. Very few "extras" will be ordered, so reserve yours now.
